  • Collaborated with 5+ people to implement a visual feedback reporting system in React.js, Node.js & JavaScript, towards a search engine website for medical professionals, called 1-Search
  • Integrated Marker.io to annotate user screenshots and screen recordings; & ChatGPT to categorize user feedback, troubleshooting frequently reported errors in-browser using a conversation AI tool
  • Decreased unique feedback review time from 7 business days to 12 hours (99.3%)

Won the election for ACM President, went to be Tech Lead for technical workshops and SIG lead for programming projects in AI/ML and Algorithms
